please help my household is stuck on loading screen the Sims 2 legacy

EA please look into and fix this issue 

please help me for some reason my game is stuck on the sims household loading screen my family wont load and go into the lot and i have no idea why it was working fine the last time i played it the other day can someone help me or are you also having this same issue this is very distressing?I can't play my game
