Hi, since the second to last patch i'm unable to open the cheat bar with strg + Shift + c. I deinstalled the game, didn't help. I tried to change settings and window settings from fullscreen to windowed. I don't know what to do anymore, i would like to use those cheatcodes. Please help me if you can, thank you!
Mine briefly reappeared yesterday and has vanished again. So they fixed then broke it.
I have had this problem since the last patch. I came here and posted about it a few weeks ago, but nobody bothered to respond at that time. I just noticed there was another patch and just went into game and it still is not working. (I don't know when this patch was released.)*sigh*
I found that doing Alt+Tab and then reentering the game will allow me to type in the cheat code bar. Alternatively, you can copy and paste a command. I set up a text file with the cheat codes I use. When I need to use them, I copy from the text file and paste into the cheat code bar. Both of these ways have worked well enough for me to do what I need to do in the game. I hope it helps!
The problem is I can't open the window. I have seen other threads that say you can't type, but I can't even get that far. 😢
I've had this problem before when I was playing from my discs, and I would exit the game and reenter (sometimes it took twice). I would then be able to open the window. This time, no matter how many times I reenter game, no luck.
Even if I find the mod that allows cheats to always be on, I still can't open the window to type a cheat. Until I saw this thread, I wasn't sure if it was just me because no one responded to my thread.

This is a known bug, and there is no exact cause that we know of, so any new info is appreciated while EA looks into it.
What new information can we provide? All I can tell you is that holding ctrl+alt+del no longer brings up the command bar at all. It's gone. Vanished. I can't access it.
