IVE done everything, finished objectives played more than 4 hours a day grinding rivals or champs logging in companion daily and note that I started the account maybe over a month ago, the console market is unlocked but for some reason the web app is still locked. If anyone recommends me any tips that would help me overcome this situation I would be more than grateful.

If you have multiple accounts accessing UT or if your account was actioned in the past for breaking the ToS, access to the market will be delayed. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with this.
