Question About EA Help - Chat Function
Hi,
I am trying to connect with EA support. I created a case, emailed them a bit, and then they told me to "resume case" for further support via chat. I've done that, and just get a spinning circle for hours. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this issue?

That sounds like a connection issue. Make sure to clear your browser cache and try a different browser as well, if clearing the cache doesn't help.
Change your internet connection and try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi or vice versa.
