Question for Community Managers and EA Support

Hello! I have a serious concern. In Battlefield 2042 my account was banned even though I have never used cheats. Since then, my appeal (#221576999) has been stuck in the status “Waiting for Studio”.

Because of this, I would like to clarify:

When Battlefield 6 releases on October 10, 2025, will I be able to play it on my account without issues?

Will the current ban in BF2042 affect my access to future EA games?

Is there a risk of being banned again if I have to use a VPN to connect to the servers (since sometimes the game simply does not launch without it)?

I want to understand whether it makes sense for me to buy Battlefield 6 if access to it could be restricted for the same reasons as in BF2042.

    Hello EA_Darko​,

    I need clarification about something very strange that happened with my EA Help account and Battlefield 2042 ban appeal process.

    I had several open cases and appeals regarding my Battlefield 2042 ban — including my main case #221576999, which had been marked as “Waiting for Studio” since August 31, 2025. A few days ago, I discovered that my entire case history had been completely erased from my EA Help account.

    Now I can’t see any of my past tickets or appeals — not even the closed ones — and I’m also unable to create new support requests.
    This means I have no way to follow up or continue communication with EA Support about my issue.

    I still have screenshots of all my previous appeals and correspondence, so I know these cases definitely existed.

    My questions are:

    Why were all my previous cases and appeals deleted from my EA Help history?

    Is this a technical issue, or were they manually removed?

    How can I restore my ability to contact support and submit new cases again?

    It feels very unfair that my situation wasn’t resolved — it was simply erased from the system. I never received any email or notice explaining this action.

    I’m not trying to spam or reopen closed topics — I just want transparency and a chance for my issue to be properly reviewed.

    If any moderator or EA staff member can clarify what happened, I would really appreciate it.

    Update: We managed to create a new application and also returned the old applications immediately. I don't understand what's going on...
