Random EA account linked to my PSN

So I was trying to play BF6 Redsec on my PS5 but when I start the game I am prompted to verify my EA account, however it shows a completely random email which is definetely not mine "bx*****@emlpro.com". WTH? How was some random EA account able to link to MY PSN account?
Same thing happens with FC 26 when trying to play online modes. So I basically cannot play any EA online games.

I already tried sending an EA help form twice but received no answer after 2 days.

Can the random EA account be unlinked from my PSN? I can prove that the PSN is mine because its using the same email address as this account from which I'm posting.
