Recover Hacked EA account

Hi EA Team, 

I had purchased FC24 from steam, but since my laptop was an old one, I had not played a lot. I was trying to login to it today and see that the account linked for 2Factor authentication is some random email and anything I try to change requires a code from that account. I have the game receipt from steam, my original Email ID which is the one with Steam and EA originally. Is it possible to recover my FC account. I have tried the EA bot in the webpage but it does not give any concrete results.
