REFUND ISSUE
I have been begging for refund help for 5 days straight but no one is helping me if I try to get into a live chat the live chat option is not available. When I saw my refund stats its says payment failed to refund now I don't know what do I do next in order to get my refund process started again. I need help from any employee or site manager.
