Request for Permanent Deletion of My EA Account and All Personal Data

Dear EA Support Team,I am writing to formally apply for the permanent deletion of my EA account, along with all personal data, game records, binding platform information and stored data associated with this account.

My EA account username: rongyaoshikeLinked Steam account: rongyaoshike

Registered email address for EA account: [edit: email address removed]

I clearly understand that after the account is deleted permanently:

All games in my EA game library will be unavailable permanently;
EA Play subscription will be terminated, and the remaining balance in the account cannot be refunded;
All game saves, historical records and personal information will be completely cleared and cannot be recovered.I have confirmed that I no longer need this account and take full responsibility for all consequences brought by account deletion.

Please help me process the account deletion application as soon as possible, and notify me via registered email once the procedure is completed.Thank you for your assistance.

Hello EA_Aljo,I have followed the guide link you provided to submit a permanent account deletion ticket on the official EA support page. However, when I reached the final submission step of the form, clicking the submit button had no response and I could not successfully send my deletion request.Could you please guide me on how to resolve this submission failure issue, or directly assist me in processing the permanent deletion application for my EA account (username: rongyaoshike, linked Steam: rongyaoshike)?Thank you very much for your help.

Please try these steps instead to start a chat:

Go to&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/
Scroll to the bottom and use the 'Contact us' button
Type "update EA account information" in the text box
Enter battlefield 6 and the platform you're on
Click on "Did this fix your issue?" and select 'No'
Click on the option for chat

Hello EA_Aljo, I followed the steps you provided to open the live chat window, but the EA NextStep pop-up shows an error message: "I'm sorry but something went wrong. Please check back shortly." The live chat tool failed to load normally, so I still cannot connect to an online agent to submit my permanent EA account deletion request. My EA ID is rongyaoshike, linked to the Steam account with the same username. Could you please create a support ticket for my account permanent deletion directly for me, or provide another available way to submit the deletion application? Thank you very much for your help.

I followed your steps to launch live chat, but EA NextStep pops up the error "I'm sorry but something went wrong. Please check back shortly", so I cannot access chat support to apply for permanent account deletion. My EA ID is rongyaoshike linked to Steam.
