Resume case

I am unable to resume my case, it just takes me to this page

    Hi there. Are you trying to dispute a ban? If so, no need to resume your case. You can submit another if you haven't disputed the ban 3 times yet. Instructions for that can be found here.

    Hello Aljo!

    I've disputed a ban twice now but a case isn't created, it's on a different account of this one. Since I can't seem to contact CS in any way, I've created this account to reach someone. is it possible to move to DMs to further discuss my situation?

    You will need to open a case with an advisor to have them check on the dispute. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here. Do not choose dispute a ban as the reason for contacting support since you're trying to find out if the dispute you submitted went through.

    Hello!

    I've tried opening a case more than once. I opened 1 about 1 month ago and I didn't get an answer, not even a confirmation email stating that it was opened. It also doesn't show up on my "Open Cases" tab.

    So I opened another one and yet again, it's not on my "Open cases" tab, and I didn't get any emails. I truly think that opening cases doesn't work, so I don't think that trying for a 3rd time isn't the best solution right now.

    Is it possible to speak to someone that can help me?
