I purchased the full game (phantom version) on Xbox. I would have thought that it would have allowed me to play on the Xbox Ally X that being the case? Even so, it let me download and launch the game…but just getting the Account Restricted message…I assume it’s an account problem?

Apologies. I wasn't quite right about that. The ROG Ally X will only play games that are an Xbox Play Anywhere game. That is select Xbox and PC titles. Unfortunately, Battlefield 6 is not one of them. Hopefully, it gets added sometime in the future. You can find out more about this here.
