screen load error FC 25

Hello everyone!! I can't enter the game, it throws up the image of FC26 "get up to 20% off" where you could press A or B (on Xbox), but neither of them appears for me for some reason. I've already reinstalled the game, the driver, and Windows is updated, but I can't find a solution to what could be wrong, has anyone else had this problem?
