Sims 4 - permanent nude/work edits still unavailable in 2025

I've been on a mission to makeover every townie.  I am discovering that the hair and makeup does not follow the modifications I make in CAS to the townies.  I've used the CAS cheat for the work outfit, however, it reverts when promoted.  There's no official way to change the preset nude look.  I feel that if  nude and work outfits were added in CAS, this would resolve this issue.  All the standard outfits for work could be preset in a work category and nude would also give you the option to edit the hair and makeup like normal for any outfit.  I don't use mods.

I've made most of my Sims from scratch so this isn't a huge issue but I matched a townie with a created Sim and he went nude and I was like who is this dude?!  Completely forgot I can't edit the nude setting.  I need a townie reset button or something, c'mon!

I've been playing Sims since 2003 on Xbox.  I switched to PC in 2020.  Got all but 1 of the expansion and game packs.  A number of stuff packs and a few kits.  Pretty invested player!  I'm glad EA took the wheel to add ethnic hairstyles and clothes adding diversity into the game.. now if EA could only add editable nude and work outfits to CAS, that would be GREAT!
