Sociopathic BF6 Hacker

I recently was playing Conquest on BF 6. The rounded started of good. I managed to down a heli and tank with RPG as engineer very early for my challenges.  Then 20 minutes into the match it started lagging which was odd. I continued to try to get aircraft takedowns with rockets for engineer progress. 

Then suddenly the Air Craft homing rocket stopped working my lock on was null and the helicopter was less the 200 meters from me. Then suddenly the helicopter flew toward me and crashed. I decided to go into the comments and say some thing. Only to be met with a comment that I didn't right under my gamer tag "Woah that glitched heli was weird.". At this moment I was confused. On top of it all the other comments were being hidden from me. I decided to type in chat to warn others. But just as I did the chat window disappeared and I wasn't able to type or check the leader boards to report. I immediately left the game cause it felt like I was hacked and some one was toying with me.

I don't under stand why someone would do this or the logistics of it. Why would someone take control of the game to mess with the helicopter flight, mess with my chat and mess with my ability to communicate. I don't understand the logistics of even attempting something of the sort. I felt targeted and that this was very personal. I don't know what to do and I feel like there is not enough support on banning and reporting. Nor can I find or single out the induvial or individual. 

I am scared to play BF 6 and I think this is a major violation of the games services.
