Someone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?

So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I do...

also happend to me! 

i just tested it out. in the most cases the crator did not verify the email... The email verifies itself when you reset the password to claim the account!

But to be secure I would also change the password of the used email address!
