The same thing happened to me, twice this week. The first time was two days ago, and I was able to delete the account with support. Now it has happened again. This is incredibly alarming and EA needs to take action to stop this immediately. For now, I'm not deleting the account, but just changing the password so whoever created it can't get back in.
Can you please share how you were able to delete your account?? I woke up to 3 emails this morning as well, fake account, I did what others said here, changed the password and user name and birthdate, and changed my email password but I cannot figure out how to delete the account.
