Someone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?

So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I do...

Same here! I am unable to chat with EA Support. When I open EA Help, it says "We’re experiencing high wait times.". I don't want this account! I don't even play games! I changed my password, username, birthdate and enabled 2FA. I think this was the best I could do to secure my account. Didn't add phone number to save the phone number from being exposed (at least on this platform)
