Someone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?

So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I do...

Same thing just happened to me. Account was created and verified and I had nothing to do with it. I’m going to submit a complaint to the BBB. This type of thing should not be happening and they should not be making it impossible to delete an account. Shame on this company.
