Hi all, same issue here. Worst thing is there’s no way to contact these guys. We should report this website to cyber security and get it shut down. This is poor from them, they should really have an easier way of deleting accounts but the website purposes get you stuck! Please take this forward as our security details are compromised and the owners behind the website do not make it easy to secure!

Hello, yes this has happened to me and I am an 83 year old grandmother in the UK. I have taken all possible steps to safeguard my computer - changed email password, changed password on my supposed EA account, installed 2 step verification linked to my phone. But it would be good if one of you guys could actively pursue this matter in the US. The complaints section on their website is ridiculous because as previously pointed out, you have to enter a gaming console etc to make a complaint - and obviously you don't have one if this is a false account - then it say you have to resolve the matter by phone but does not give any numbers. So far as I can see whoever opened my account never made any purchases and I am checking all the while now - since it is impossible for me to delete the account - but as everyone else is saying, how could it happed in the first place, and who is doing this? I am a journalist with 50 years plus experience in the UK so I will see if I can raise any publicity this end!
