Same thing happened to me. I did not create this account. The date of birth is not mine. How can an account possibly set up without access to my email address? Extremely questionable security measures by EA. I have logged my request for account deletion. If someone from support is reading this I need this account deleted as soon as possible.
How did you go about logging your request for deleting the account? I need to do that as well.
I don't think you can delete without phoning them and their number is very difficult to find
