Steam account is apparently linked to my old email i have no access to

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue after getting invited to early access for Battlefield 6, but I’m completely lost with this whole ordeal. My original EA account, which has all my games on it, is linked to my Steam account from years ago. I can’t manually log into it through the EA app because it requires me to recover my password and confirm it. However, if I install any Battlefield games on Steam, it automatically signs me into that account, but with limited use. The second I close out of any game, the EA app force shuts down and logs me out of the account again. I’m really confused and need help removing these old emails and updating them to a current email address I can access.
