Steam account linked to unauthorized EA account

Hello, I am writing to request a Manual Specialist Review for a security breach involving my Steam account. My Steam account i love valulrant (ID: <removed>) is linked to an unauthorized EA account named yarenkili that I did not create. I have spoken to Live Chat multiple times (Case 235200671), but they are stuck on verification for an account that is not mine. My Proofs: I am logged into this forum via my Steam OAuth login. The hacker email is [edit: email address removed]. Advisor Anand already confirmed my Steam ownership in Case 235200671. Please escalate this to an Account Specialist to manually unlink my Steam ID.

    Hi there. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You'll need to verify ownership of the account with an advisor before any changes can be made. A case can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!

    Hi EA_Aljo​, thank you for the reply. However, I have already contacted advisors multiple times (Case 235200671) and they are unable to help because the EA account was created by a hacker with false information. I am in a 'Security Deadlock': Advisor Anand already verified my Steam ownership in Case 235200671. I am currently logged into this forum session using that same verified Steam OAuth.Advisors refuse to unlink the account because I don't know the hacker's secret answers.Since I have technically proven I own the linked Steam ID <removed>, I am requesting an escalation to an Account Specialist for a manual override. Please do not send me back to live chat; they have already stated they cannot bypass the system. I need a specialist to look at the verified Steam link.

    I'm going through something like this too ㅠ I really don't know what to do..😭

    I want to find the account, but I can't log into that account, and it was an account I didn't know about. But the EA customer center is silent, and it says to follow the manual. To follow the manual, I need to log into that account and unlink it, but I can't do that.. I mean, I need to be able to log into that account, but how am I supposed to know?!

    I'm very sorry, we cannot help with this. You will need to continue working with an advisor to get this resolved.

    Accounts can only be linked/unlinked once every 6 months. You can try talking to an advisor to see if they can still help. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with anything account related over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is opening another case.
