Steam account linked to unauthorized EA account

Accounts can only be linked/unlinked once every 6 months. You can try talking to an advisor to see if they can still help. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with anything account related over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is opening another case.

I want to find the account, but I can't log into that account, and it was an account I didn't know about. But the EA customer center is silent, and it says to follow the manual. To follow the manual, I need to log into that account and unlink it, but I can't do that.. I mean, I need to be able to log into that account, but how am I supposed to know?!

However, I have already contacted advisors multiple times (Case 235200671) and they are unable to help because the EA account was created by a hacker with false information. I am in a 'Security Deadlock': Advisor Anand already verified my Steam ownership in Case 235200671. I am currently logged into this forum session using that same verified Steam OAuth.Advisors refuse to unlink the account because I don't know the hacker's secret answers.Since I have technically proven I own the linked Steam ID <removed>, I am requesting an escalation to an Account Specialist for a manual override. Please do not send me back to live chat; they have already stated they cannot bypass the system. I need a specialist to look at the verified Steam link.
