Steam account permanently locked to hacked EA account (email changed, no access)

Hello everyone,

I’m posting here to seek guidance, not an unban.

My EA account was compromised some time ago. The attacker changed the email address and I completely lost access to the EA account. I later managed to recover my Steam account, but unfortunately my Steam account is still linked to the compromised EA account.

When I try to link my Steam account to a new EA account, I get a message saying that my Steam account is already linked to an EA account with an unfamiliar email address (@radyeramail.ru, see screenshot). This is clearly not my email.

The EA account that my Steam is linked to is now banned, and I am not requesting an unban. I am only asking how to get my Steam account unlinked from an EA account that I no longer control due to hacking.

I have already contacted EA Support, but I’m posting here to ask if anyone has experienced a similar situation and what worked for them (case type, wording, or escalation path).

Any constructive guidance would be appreciated.
