Steam linked issue

EA Help currently has support via email or chat. The instructions on how to contact them have been provided on my previous reply. 

How can I contact an ea support? chat is too useless for that

How to chat with EA Help

1. Log in to your EA Account.
2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
4. Fill in the contact form with your:
   • first name
   • last name
   • e-mail
   • platform
   • subject (a short description of your issue)
   • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
5. Select Send.
6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.

 

New situation, I have access to Steam accounts, I just started buying games on a new account (another one, which I wanted to link)...
Something else happened, I thought, since when linking an EA account to Steam it tells me that I can't link my current EA account to Steam, since Steam is linked to another (my second account, I don't remember why I created it a long time ago) I decided to try to link a Steam account with a restriction (VAC Ban) to an EA account that I created a long time ago and didn't use - it told me that I can't link a Steam account to this EA account since this EA account is linked to a Steam account (new account), which I already unlinked
The result is that on both EA accounts, which I want to use (this is the one from which I created the request) and the one that was created a long time ago, there was no link to Steam on them, that is, EA gave an error that each account was linked to its own Steam account, where in fact there was no binding
I tried to re-bind the EA account that I created and did not use to my Steam account on which I have games, not on the one with the VAC, hoping that I would bind and be able to unbind, maybe there was a problem in the system, but now I can’t unbind because it tells me that I will be able to unbind the Steam account in half a year from the EA account that I don’t need, I ask for help with this situation, I have access to two EA and Steam accounts, as well as access to mail, I just want to bind the old EA account on which there are games to the new Steam account on which I bought the games, and forget about the old Steam account with the VAC, as well as about the created and unused EA account
If you can help, tell me how I can write to EA Support, since I could not find the opportunity to do this
