Submit an Appeal option is bugged there is no Email us Option anymore.
Hi.
So my EA was stolen and banned. I verified ownership and got my account back. I was informed by the EA live agent that i need to submit an Appeal by going on

Select option Submit an Appeal then Game Apex Legends then Platform EA. After this an option will appear which will say Email Us. Now the issue is there is only one option in that page and that is go to Penalty history.
On penalty history the EA is showing i have 0 Bans. When i go in game there is a ban. The email us option is disabled so i cant submit an appeal. When i go live chat they get flabbergasted when you mention something that they are not trained to do for example telling them the link you gave doesn't have the email us option when you tell them this they instantly close live chat and just leave.
I have asked in discord server where 10 friends tried the same thing and all 10 of my friends who tried the Submit an Appeal option said there is no Email us option appearing for them as well.
