Submitted Help Request But No Info
I filled out the form for EA support at the beginning of the week (Monday) and haven't received anything, not automated email with a ticket number, if I look in my cases I only see the chats that I had previously nothing relating to the ticket that should be related to me filling out this form.
I was wondering when should I expect to hear back so that we can try to achieve a solution to my issue. I'm aware that it is the Holiday season and that this time of year usually brings some delays but I would expect that a big corporation such as EA that has millions of customers would at least have a system that sends customers who have reached out for support an automated Email with a case number or some sort of tracking information for their Help/Support Ticket.
Are any MODs able to tell me if I should've received something by now or what is going on here in my situation??
