What exactly is the issue you are having darklite_x​?

Just so you are aware, if you open multiple cases for the same issue our team will close down any duplicates.

Hey buddy, I unfortunately agree with you. I haven't been able to access my EA account for 20 days because my Microsoft account is blocked. I've created 25 support tickets and emailed them, but I haven't heard back from any of them. I only got one response from the forum, and they redirected me elsewhere. My only desire was to get my FC26 account back. I've been trying for 20 days. I'm about to give up. Also, how did you contact support? Do you have a link?

I'm not opening multiple tickets, by the way - my sole ticket is being closed without resolution, and I'm re-opening it.

After I update my support ticket it just pops up a chat window. Seems to be doing it automatically, but as soon as the chat window pops up, it takes about 30 seconds and a rep responds.

Please do not create multiple threads for the same issue darklite_x​ as we consider this spam.

All you need is one thread and having more just makes things a lot harder for everyone.
