Support tickets not showing

I've been trying to submit a support ticket for Battlefield 6 (a subject I'll post about in a different thread), but having submitted the ticket 3 time sit does not show up in 'My cases'. I've had nor acknowledgement or reply to any of them, so I am assuming they have not registered. 

Ironically, of course, if I try to submit a ticket regarding this, it equally doesn't show up! So I'm stuck in a death loop. 

Does anyone know of another way of contacting EA support, other than via a ticket?
