Can I start by saying that I am probably never buying Sims DLC again. I was already hesitant to do anything with the new issue from EA, but this last session with EA Help was incredibly awful. I bought the digital deluxe upgrade thinking it was an upgrade to my ALREADY digital deluxe edition (I know, read the descriptions, I just wanted to splurge a tiny bit for Christmas). Oh, oops, no, it isn't. Oh well I've been dumb before and EA helped me instantly. 

Talk to the first guy, Rajesh, super kind and about to help me. Gets taken over by someone else, Nitin. I think he saw my help discussion post and took over because he was the advisor assigned; the chat box says you don't have to reexplain your problem if you get disconnected, that was a lie. I just give my order number and say the last person was helping me get a refund because I basically have a duplicate purchase. I jump through hoops to verify my account again, and then he says he can't help because the payment is processing and to contact them later. I tell him that the status of the order is complete and my money is gone, so I don't understand what that really means and ask when is "later". He tells me in broken English that "we will help when the payment will be settled". I ask again for clarification, saying "Sir, I don't understand when later is, and since it's processing can they not just cancel the order entirely, and lastly I asked am I able to play the game since it's a special circumstance and get a refund later". He says, "No worries, we will help you with the refund as soon as possible payment will settled"

I tell him I need different words because the words he has been saying do not make sense. 

"Please contact us later"

"When the payment will settled"

"Trust me your payment is still pending"

Three different messages. To say the same thing. I have been cordial the whole time, I was going to be rude, but I decide against it and just ask, "And the answers to my other questions?".

"I have already answered your questions"

UM. No, you have been repeating the same broken English to me. "No sir, I asked if I play the game today if I would still be able to get a refund because of your policy". 

"No please do not play the game." Contact us later blah blah blah anything else I can help you with.

EA. How can one person be so willing and kind to help and the other person comes in and ruins my day by being unapologetically rude. When I KNOW from experience that my order could easily be handled instantly, and I was going to buy 3 kits instead for stressing myself out, now I'd rather not.

Well; time to follow in the steps of the EA Creators you can't even keep. I'm not convinced on spending more than the $1300 I already have, might even consider ending the 815 hrs I've played the game. Hope being rude and having my $10.49 was worth it, Nitin. Thanks again for trying, Rajesh!
