Why am I responsible for all this when I clearly didn't break any rules? If your customer service staff were smart, they wouldn't send me this nonsense like "If you don't play by the rules, we might issue warnings or temporary suspensions to remind you to make changes so you can stay in the game." Are you really protecting your users? Are you protecting hackers, or is this incident related to one of your own?
