this is a nightmare account problems like everybody

so im here beacuse the operator wherent useafull at all with my problem and i can see a lot of people having the same problem. So my psn account is linked to an EA account created with an disposable mail so i can verify anything but looks like nobody can help me with this, not even prooving the psn account is mine so whta ca we do with this, did lost all my bf progress form my psn account. Of course i tlaked with the operator center and the y told me the same thing all 3 times i contacted. Im posting here because nobody in the helping area can figure it out for some reason.
