Threatened Loss of Purchased Sims 3 Library. Seeking Immediate Resolution
Hi everyone,
I am posting here as at last resort because I am on the verge of losing my entire Sims 3 collection which my family and I have gotten over many years. I have contacted EA Support over 20 times, and I feel my case is being stuck in an automated loop.
What happened exactly:
I was trying to recover an account that has been inactive for 4 years. The email domain used for the account was permanently shut down in my country also 4 years ago. Because of this, I cannot receive automated codes. Although I have exhaustive proof of ownership, the advisors keep rejecting me because I cannot pass the "automated" email check.
I have everything ready to prove this account is mine: I have the original CDs and serial codes, invoices and billing addresses for the purchases, my old passwords and account details.
Despite spending dozens of hours talking to support, no one will look at my manual evidence. They only care about the email code, which is physically impossible to get. I've got the denied access to my own paid content because of a technicality beyond my control.
I am looking for a Community Manager or a Senior Advisor who can help me with a manual verification. I just need a human being to look at my documents instead of a script.
Has anyone else dealt with a "dead" email domain issue? Any advice on how to get a manual review?
Thank you!
