Hi, I have been trying to link my EA Account to my Xbox Account, however when I try to link my account it says another email that I don't recognise has already linked to my account. Just wondering if...

question why are my cases marked as resolved when it still says another **bleep** email is already linked to my steam i sent another one already and i added pictures of my steam account info can i just get it unlinked i wanna play my games
