Trouble logging in to EA App no email

I'm having trouble logging into my EA app in order to play my game Sims4.  My original login name is still valid but I cant remember the password and I no longer have access to the email it was set up with.  The email can't be recovered.  I created a new account but half of my expansion packs and stuff packs are missing.  I can't find a phone number, email or chat to reach out to.  EA I need some assistance please.  I have receipts for all my purchases on your App.

    I had a similar situation a while back when I couldn’t access the email linked to my EA account anymore. What helped me was going through the account recovery steps and contacting EA support with proof of purchase. Since you mentioned you still have the receipts, that should really help verify the account ownership. It can take a little time, but usually support is able to restore access once they confirm the details. Hopefully you’ll be able to get your Sims 4 expansions back soon.
