Trying to unlink a unknown account from my steam

Hey so I bought Battlefield 6 a few days ago, tried to play it today and my account is linked to some random EA account that I never owned. I have made multiple support requests and they keep telling...

    That guide doesn’t help as I am unable to link my EA and Steam account due to the fact my Steam account is linked to an EA account which I do not own and never did own. It’s some random dudes account that I don’t know.
