Two factor authentication

I never enabled two factor authentication and now it is requiring me to verify my account with a code for every log in. Every time I click send code, it doesn't send. I am trying to log into my account on the EA help website to troubleshoot an issue I am having with a game but can't login because of this issue. I am beyond frustrated because it seems like every solution requires that I am logged in. Please help!!!

    Hey there, 

    If you're not getting codes to your email address, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.
    • Keep your EA Account email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
