Yes. I have tried every single one. The chat was us option is available, but when I click it it just redirects me. I’m just trying to recover an old account. I have spoken to several ea chat help people and I’m going round and round with them. The questions I know I’m getting wrong are in the account I no Longer have access too. I’m just wondering why submitting proof of purchase is not enough to verify my identity?
Thank you for responding. I have been trying every day for days now trying to get this issue resolved. I have Submitted questions to every social platform ea has. I just Want my old sims packs that I have Been purchasing from 2017 to 2023 back.
I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been. Account security is a top priority, which is why EA requires strict verification, even if that means more than just proof of purchase. We need to be absolutely sure the account belongs to you, especially when access to the original email or security info is lost.
Since we can’t assist with account recovery here in the forums, the best step forward is still through live chat support. I really hope you’re able to get this resolved soon and get back to enjoying your Sims content.

I can access my bank information if I forgot my password than I can a gaming file. Y’all are purposely keeping me from it. My ip address could have changed from when I last Played and I’m not contacting my ex husband for his old email. Y’all ask for the impossible and claim security is your top priority. It’s not right.
thank you for responding. Hope you have a great day
