I can't recover the old account. The email it is linked to has since been deleted, the phone number it has is no longer mine. The debit card information attached to it is one I haven't used in at least 5 to 6 years. I abandoned it because I served a mission for the LDS Church and didn't think to delete it to prevent these kinds of problems. Unfortunately, it is still linked to my xbox account. So I can't link my new EA account (the one I am using roght now) to my xbox account.
