Unable to access old EA account and can't link new one to Xbox account

So basically, a long time ago I had an EA account, that account was linked to both my Xbox account and an old yahoo email. However I can't login to that old account, I can't delete that old account, ...

Same issue EA asking me all these questions on a 14 year old account I have no longer access to and they still decline they literally suck they are a joke of a company and xbox needs ability to be able to unlink this from my account EA SORT IT OUT!
