Unable to access the gameplay of battlefield 6 even though I pre-ordered

I pre-ordered the battlefield 6 game but it's saying I do not have access to the early access even though I should be able to pre-order but I'm unable to do anything and I don't know how to fix it I pre-ordered digitally
