I simply want to change my email address so that my account can file an appeal. I'm not trying to escape punishment through online customer service; I just want to change my email address.

I've tried all the methods to submit an appeal, but none of them show that I successfully created the case. My case list is also empty. Can you confirm that your system can receive emails from @163.com?

I've contacted your online customer service multiple times using a sub-account, but none of them have been able to resolve my issue properly. My last hope is that your team will proactively contact me via email.

I also checked with your online customer service using a sub-account, and they couldn't find any cases sent by my main account. You can view the chat history for Case #232255053.
