Unable to attach 2 documents

When attempting to provide proof of purchase on digital platform I am told I need to provide both steam transaction history and email confirmation, but it will only allow me to attach a single file. Additionally, I keep being advised to reply to emails in which I get an email saying it could not be delivered every time meaning I am forced to keep opening new cases.

  • Yes, but it requires a full desktop screenshot so I am not able to

    That message means that the options you selected for support are not ones that support can help with XXcozmicXX​

    So how do you advise that I receive or am refunded for the 5900 FC points which I purchased...
