Unable to get verification email

I’m trying to get my EA account signed in and linked up to my other accounts, such as Google, and PlayStation. When I made my account, I used my Xbox account, but when I try to go change my account settings to link other services, it says to enter the confirmation code sent to my email, which is an Outlook account. The problem is that the code is not sent to my email. I’ve checked junk, spam and every other possible location, but nothing. Does anyone have any experience with this and know how to resolve this massive headache??
