Unable to link steam account
I'm trying to use my steam credit to buy this game and link it with the EA account that has all my past fifa and FC games but im getting this. can you please help?

Do you recognize that email address? If not, same thing is happening to me. EA chat support gave me access to the random account that my Steam was connected to (how is this normal)? I was able to login and see my Steam account was connected. I launched the game and it worked. However, this account was actually BANNED a few years ago playing Fifa so I can't connect to EA servers. I can't even unlink my steam account to this random account because nothing happens when I click unlink & accept the prompt. Basically, Steam/EA stole $100+ from me.
