Unable to Restore Account

Hi all, 

I have an old EA account that I'm trying to regain access to. Whenever I try to reset the password to restore the account, I'm met with the same error: "We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again later."

I've tried multiple times on different days, different devices, different browsers and before and after clearing cookies. I still use and have access to the email associated with the account, so I can only assume this is a problem on EA's end.

Can anyone provide any insight into what I should do next? I spoke to a customer service rep through live chat, but they weren't able to help or provide details of who else I could contact.
