Unable to Resume Support Case on EA Help

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with the EA Help website. When I try to resume an open case by clicking "Resume Case," it just takes me back to the My Cases page instead of letting me continue with my case.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix for it, or is this a known bug?

  • Same. It's hard enough getting to a contact page in the first place, and then they close your cases without even responding first and the resume button doesn't work. Hello, the fact that we're contacting them in the first place means we want it resumed! It's **bleep**ed, this kind of non-existent customer service is completely unethical. I'm surprised it's not illegal altogether. 

  • End of March, 2026. Have to create a new ticket and explain everything from the start to the finish of previous tickets. For me, it's really fun. Every time I log into the EA App, my games have been removed from my account. Every single time I log into the EA App to play one of them, I have to go to EA Help and have my library restored. I have to create a new ticket sometimes every single day if I am on a game session run. Posting them the previous ticket numbers does no good. They won't read them. I will never buy another game from EA directly again. Steam remembers when I buy something and I don't have to spend 1 to 2 hours a day in support chat to play games.
