Unable to unlink banned hacked ea account

I know this isn't going to be what you want to hear, but the only advice I can give is to reach out to our terms of service team to raise a dispute to try to get that ban lifted. It's not possible to unlink platforms from a banned account.
If your account is disabled, banned, or suspended, you won’t be able to unlink your platform account from your EA Account. You can learn more about your full history across all EA games, including any active warnings or account actions, with the Penalty History tool.
We can't help with bans here on the forums. You'll need to reach out to terms of service. If they decide to uphold the ban, then I'm afraid that they have the final say.
