Unable to unlink my Xbox account with unknown EA acc

I've tried to unlink unknown account from my Xbox acc, its ending information that this xbox account is already linked with email i don't recognize. Solution with reaching to EA support also does not work, opened case was missing 5 minutes later. 
At this moment i cannot use any EA game on my Xbox account because i've been asked to confirm code from email linked to my xbox account - which i didn't do. 

in short term both screen shows this email vo*****@gmail.com which is not mine, also i have tried to contact with Xbox support but received information that they cannot unlink email from their side. 

Sadly i've been left with no access to playing EA games on my Xbox.
