Unauthorize Account Creation

Someone created an account using my Gmail address. I don't think I am the only one that this had happen to. I had not check my email for a few day. Going through my Gmail account I seen that it was created two days ago from the unread email. Apparently the email address got verified somehow even though Verify Your Email remain unopen. I got multi-factor protection for the Gmail that was used and I did not get any notice of unauthorize access. I got an alerting from the email to my phone saying that account is  permanently close . I would have not know and notice for much longer if I did not get the notice through my phone. I did not get the notice through my phone on my Gmail when it was getting use to created the account.  Verify Your Email remain unopen. I manage to get access to the account this morning but I was unable to get the physical location where that account was created at  or it last log in location. I would like to have the account that was created using my Gmail address to be completely deleted.
